Eugène Dupuis, 70, of Pré-d'en-Haut and formerly of Memramcook East, died Saturday (9 juillet) at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, after a brief illness.
Born in Memramcook East, he was a son of the late Dominique and Délina (Boudreau) Dupuis, and was a veteran of the Second World War.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Stella Arsenault of Saint John, one half-sister, Mrs. Elodie Doucet of Moncton, one half-brother, Narcisse of Pré-d'en-Haut and several nieces and nephews.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated today at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East, at 7 p.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery
